Wise Coalition for Healthy Children (WCHC) members are working to engage the local community to build healthy families and promote healthy family relationships. Schools, parents, and the community can work together to promote the health, well-being, and learning of all students. When schools actively involve parents and engage community resources they are able to respond more effectively to the health-related needs of students.
The Roundtable allows for discussion and networking of Wise County School Counselors to discuss specific needs of the community they serve. They are hosted twice a year, typically in January/February and in July/August time frame.
